Fondue, stir fry, sunsets and centipedes.

Just a few updates on the events of the past few days! 

 

2 nights ago we went to the elephant tower to watch the sunset...

A gibbon escaped and held onto Harrold's legs...

I was in charge of bears, turtles and gibbons...

I found a massive Tokay Gecko and a giant centipede...

Our French pal Maxime left :-(

Me and Brandon (American) went to the market and bought local ingredients and made a stir fry... And we also bought cake.

These cakes were 1 Baht each (bare in mind £1 is 50 Baht!!!)

Katie finally decided she likes me...

Fabian (Swiss/French) made Fondue!

🎄🎁🎉🎅Christmas Eve 🎄🎁🎉🎅

Just a few updates from the past 2 days... Today and yesterday I have become a team leader on Bears 1 and Nocturnales, Courtney has been doing primates 1 :-)

This evening we are having a Christmas dinner (not an actual roast, just lots of western food), because a lot of the people here are Scandinavian and they celebrate Christmas on the 24th December! We are both definitely craving some goose fat roast potatoes and turkey!

Bears, Nocturnals and The Hobbit

Today I was on Bears 1 and Nocturnals. The workload is so much less than primates but the animals you get to see are so cute!
